Brow work is its core: microblading, a semi-permanent eyebrow tattoo that places pigment in the superficial layer of the skin, is paired with tattooed eyeliner and eyelash extension services.

Bookings are made through the studio's online booking system, and every appointment requires a deposit that is non-refundable and deducted from the final cost. Rescheduling needs 72 hours' notice, or one week for courses, and a no-show forfeits the deposit with an extra $50 fee to rebook. Topical anesthetic creams and gels are applied before and during all procedures. Microblading and tattooed eyeliner take roughly two hours, depending on the client. There is no downtime, with redness and swelling typically fading within an hour, though the skin can take up to 14 days to form and shed a crust. The studio says microblading brows last one to two years with maintenance and tattooed eyeliner lasts three to five years.

Beyond brows, the studio offers dermal fillers (Juvederm Ultra XC and Restylane) and a range of injectables, including BOTOX Cosmetic, Dysport, Versa and Kybella. HYLENEX is available to dissolve HA fillers. Kybella is priced per vial, and the studio says most clients need two to three sessions using two to four vials per session. Clients who want help with weight management can book a semaglutide program, which includes telehealth visits and medication. The studio notes that semaglutide is a prescription medication and that a healthcare provider decides whether it suits each person. The studio also says clinical trials have shown semaglutide to be highly effective for weight loss.

The studio also teaches. Classes cover microblading, ombre brow, lip blush and eyelash extensions, with Spanish-language options for microblading and lash extension training. Private practice lessons are available, and the studio sells a microblading course kit and an eyelash extension kit. Course policies are firm: attendance is the student's responsibility, a missed class forfeits the deposit, and all courses are non-refundable. If the studio cancels a class, students receive a full refund, and classes can be moved to another location with notice once it is confirmed.

Brow work is presented as semi-permanent, with pigment placed in the superficial layer of the skin and topical anesthetic used throughout each procedure. The studio does not perform cover-ups or reworks on brows tattooed elsewhere.
