The Refinery Beauty Bar sits at 397 Cottage Grove Road in Bloomfield, Connecticut. Its menu falls into four groups: Facials, Lash Extensions, Waxing and Other, with the Other group holding a single combined package called The Refinery Reset.

The facials run from a 30-minute express treatment to a 50-minute new client session that opens with a skin consultation and analysis. A men's facial of 45 minutes focuses on cleansing, exfoliation and extractions. A brightening facial with high frequency and a goji berry mask is aimed at dark spots, post-acne marks, blemishes and uneven tone. For acne-prone skin there is a customized 50-minute facial with a clarifying mask and high frequency, and high frequency is also offered as a 10-minute add-on.

Lash extension options include classic, bombshell, soft flirt and siren styles, each in full sets or fills, with lash baths included in several of them. The Refinery Reset combines a full lash set shaped to the eye, an express facial and a brow wax.

Waxing covers the lip, brows, chin, underarms, arms, legs and bikini area, with a few Wednesday specials. A post-waxing bikini treatment is intended to hydrate, brighten and help reduce ingrowns and irritation.
