Dimas's team lead, Stephanie Dimas, who maps facial anatomy, skin quality, movement and personal goals before anything is recommended. Choices are guided by proportion, support and facial balance rather than trends. The stated aim is subtle improvement, natural movement and maintenance planned over time.

Care is sequenced in stages, often across cycles of six to eight weeks, and tailored to each client. Skin quality is treated as part of the result, so the menu includes options that support collagen, texture and tone alongside injectables.

The menu is organized into injectables, neuromodulators, regenerative treatments, advanced skin care, acne and scarring, hair, a savings membership and concierge services. Treatment categories cover stretch marks, reverse aging and sun damage, and scarring and hyperpigmentation.

The Refined Society is a monthly savings membership that sets aside $100 per month into a member balance, with no sign-up fee. The balance can be applied to any treatment or skincare product and totals $600 after six months and $1,200 after twelve months of contributions. Contributions are billed monthly to the card on file, and cancellation requires 30 days' written notice by email.

Treatment is planned from anatomy, skin quality and how features move together, aiming to soften signs of aging while keeping the face recognizably itself.
