The studio offers two kinds of service: hair removal by sugaring and facial treatments. The sugaring wax is a mix of sugar, lemon juice and water, warmed to skin temperature and lifted off following the way hair lies. Each sugaring visit ends with a no-charge massage of the hands or scalp. For the first three sessions, appointments are usually booked roughly three to four weeks apart, and the smoothness typically lasts somewhere between three and six weeks.

Facials are botanical treatments shaped by a conversation at the start of the visit and adjusted to what the skin needs that day. Rather than manual extraction, they use an oil cleansing method and facial massage to loosen pore blockages. Facials are typically recommended every four to six weeks. For stubborn cases such as milia or chronic closed comedones, a fifteen-minute consultation is offered.

Clients using retinol, Retin-A, hydroquinone or other exfoliating actives are asked to pause them three to five days before a facial, and to wait 24 to 48 hours after a facial before returning to them or to direct sun. Packages are purchased in person at a visit, and the Starter Series and Maintenance Series each save 15% on a series of three sessions of the same service. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all appointments.

Built on botanical methods and a focus on bringing quality care to the local community, with cleansers, exfoliants and serums that the studio describes as having clean ingredient lists.
