Booking requires a deposit, which holds the appointment and is not refundable. The deposit cannot be moved to another month. One reschedule can be made using the same deposit, and moving an appointment to a different month means cancelling through the confirmation email and rebooking with a new deposit.
Clients are asked to come to the appointment alone, without extra guests or children. They should arrive with no existing enhancements such as acrylic, gel polish or Gel-X, unless removal is added to the service. The remaining balance is paid at the end of the appointment, and the salon accepts cash only.
