New clients usually begin with the four-step protocol, which opens with a telehealth intake and provider visit, followed by a provider review of health history and labs, and then a personalized plan. Ongoing support includes monthly check-ins, coaching with Sandra Garcia and access to a provider.

The menu covers several areas. The IV menu includes hydration, immunity, energy and focus, beauty glow, recovery and performance drips, and NAD+ infusions. Quick-boost injections include B12, vitamin D, a lipotropic shot, amino acid boost, glutathione and NAD+. Aesthetic injectables include Botox or Dysport, dermal fillers for lips, cheeks and jawline, and Skin Pen microneedling. Peptide therapy is grouped by goal, covering anti-aging and skin health, hormone support, muscle recovery and performance, and weight management. Medical weight loss programs and body composition analysis are also available.

Memberships and wellness plans are a central part of the business. Membership tiers combine monthly IV infusions with vitamin injections, dermal resurfacing or weekly injections, depending on the plan. Prices for the wellness plans and memberships are listed per month. Financing and payment plans are available and reviewed during a private consultation. Medications are typically not covered by insurance, and labs may be covered depending on the plan.
