Consultations include a 30-minute virtual check-in for progress review and home care adjustments, a 45-minute Zoom consultation, and a 45-minute in-person skin consultation focused on a clear skin goal.
Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours' notice; later changes incur a 50% fee of the service booked, and no-calls or no-shows are charged the full service to the card on file. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, with optional scheduled delivery, and gift card sales are final. Package credits and membership benefits apply automatically at checkout when booked on the services page. A travel fee starting at $25 applies to the makeup and lash service and is not included in the price.
