Rachel provides the lash services herself. Listed hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturday from 11am to 4pm.

Booking is planned ahead. Lash appointments need at least 24 hours' notice. New clients pay a nonrefundable $20 deposit within 24 hours of booking, and the appointment is cancelled if the deposit is late. The deposit is refunded only if the appointment is cancelled by the provider. Deposits can be paid by Cash App, Apple Pay or Zelle. Changes and late-arrival notices go by text, so clients need to give an accurate phone number or email address. The business phone line is text only.

Clients are asked to arrive no more than 5 to 7 minutes early, keep their eyes closed during the service, and wash their lashes daily. Mascara should be avoided for 48 hours before a visit and never applied over extensions, and contact lenses should be left out. Makeup, mascara and cluster or strip lash glue can lead to the service being refused. Clients may use the restroom before the appointment to remove makeup or contacts. Extra guests are allowed when necessary but must be told by text at least 24 hours ahead, and the provider is not responsible for children present. Late arrivals are not charged a fee, though an appointment is cancelled if the delay leaves too little time for the booked service.

Alongside appointments, the business sells lash supplies, including adhesive, lash bath, glue rings, lip wands, lash brushes and prep bundles. Rachel also makes custom handmade items. Completion time depends on the season and order volume, and a Rush add-on is needed for items required within 2 weeks or less.
