Professional nail care is the core of the business, with acrylic nails as the main emphasis. Nail services range from acrylic sets and PolyGel to builder gel, gel polish, rubber gel, press-ons, color changes and removals, and refills for existing sets.

Eyelash services come in four volume styles, from Natural through Light Volume and Volume to Mega Volume. Each is booked as a three-hour appointment.

Booking is done online, and every service is priced individually, so the final cost depends on the work involved. Prices are the same for all clients and are paid in full. Appointments must be confirmed at least 12 hours ahead or they are treated as cancelled, and clients are asked to book their next visit before leaving to avoid long waits.

Virtual customer service is available Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM. Clients who have work done at another salon must book a removal first, and clients with severe nail problems are not served.
