Booking requires a $20 deposit. Same-day appointments can be arranged for a $10 fee. Clients are asked to arrive freshened up for any appointment type.
Arrivals have a 10-minute grace period. A $20 late fee applies to anyone who arrives more than 10 minutes late, and an appointment is cancelled if a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, with no exceptions. Extra guests are not permitted at appointments. Clients who neither cancel nor show up cannot rebook.
