The studio describes its approach as luxury waxing with a personal touch, centered on comfort, cleanliness and confidence.

The studio offers waxing in several groupings: body, facial, and brow services, along with signature bundles and Brazilian waxing for female clients. Men can book most treatments, though intimate areas are not currently available to them. For best results, guests should let hair grow to roughly rice-grain size, typically two to three weeks, before the appointment; longer hair may be trimmed during the visit. Clients are asked not to shave in the interim, and to skip lotions, oils and deodorant on the day of an underarm or intimate wax. Before a facial wax, the studio advises pausing retinoids, acids and benzoyl peroxide for three to five days. Afterward, it recommends that clients limit exposure to heat and sun, wear loose clothing, hold off on exercise, and leave the treated skin alone for a full day.

Appointments are booked online through GlossGenius, which also offers buy now, pay later on bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. New clients booking the TPWS Total Body Smooth pay a $58.80 deposit. Booking hours are listed as Tuesday 10:30 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday 4 PM to 8 PM, Thursday 11 AM to 8 PM and Friday 12 PM to 7 PM.

Techniques and products are chosen with comfort on sensitive skin in mind, and each visit is handled privately, one client at a time.

Waxing for the stomach, back, chest, underarms, arms, legs, inner thighs and buttocks, from quick 15-minute strips to full back and full leg services. A full back is $75 and full legs are $89.
