The setting is calm and restorative. Signature options include the Luxury Head Spa, a 60-minute service with a personalized scalp analysis, scalp exfoliation, a waterfall rinse, a head, neck and shoulder massage, a double shampoo, a steam-infused hair mask and a blow-dry. Combination visits pair head spa work with an express facial, foot therapy, an express back treatment or lymphatic therapy. The business also sells gift cards in physical and digital form.

Booking requires a $20 deposit, and the remaining balance is paid in person at the end of the service. Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the appointment, and appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours ahead. Reservations can be transferred to another person at any time. Guests are asked to arrive 10 minutes early with unwashed, fully detangled hair, and jewelry can be placed in a tray in the treatment room, though the business is not responsible for lost items. Cancellation fees are waived for true emergencies or severe weather. A shared room is not guaranteed, since the Duo Room is assigned first come, first served.

Some services have restrictions. Head spa treatments are not accepted for guests more than 26 weeks pregnant, and they are not recommended for guests with braids, locs or similar styles. Guests with hair extensions should book between installs or after removal, and the business is not liable for extension damage. Allow at least one week between a chemical hair treatment and a head spa, and another week before chemical services after a head spa.

Treatments are guided by professional scalp and skin observation, combined with botanical care, and services are thoughtfully paced and individually tailored.
