Every color service begins with a consultation. For clients who are unsure what look they want, a 15-minute color consultation is offered, and consultations in general help people choose a style. Clients are offered a drink during their visit. Wedding updos require a consultation and a practice run of the style, and additional fees may apply. Updos need hair that is one day old and never wet or oily.

Services are not refunded because of the artistic nature of the work. Product sales cannot be returned or exchanged, and hair brushes and accessories such as clips and hair bands are also final. Tools such as blow dryers and flat irons may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase if they are in original packaging, but are not refunded.
