Each visit is shaped around the client's needs, preferences and comfort level, starting with a consultation and continuing through aftercare. The studio uses premium wax and care products designed to limit irritation and offers a curated selection of aftercare products. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry skin and at least two to three weeks of hair growth, to avoid trimming beforehand, and to pause retinol or prescription skin products on the area being waxed for seven days before the appointment. Afterward, clients are advised to avoid heavy sweating and friction for 24 hours and to skip exfoliation for 48 hours. Results typically last three to four weeks, and the studio recommends rebooking every four to five weeks.

Booking is available online. New clients pay a $25 deposit, which is applied to the balance at the time of service. Reminders are sent one week, 72 hours and 24 hours before an appointment. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full cost of the service, and after a single no-show, online booking is no longer available and future appointments require a full deposit. The studio is closed on Mondays, open 10 AM to 6 PM on Tuesdays, 1 PM to 7 PM on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and 10 AM to 4 PM from Friday through Sunday.
