Services run from princess nails and nail art to princess glam sessions that include a fairy dust eye look and a princess tiara, with clip-in hair extensions in the ultimate version. Individual services can be booked on their own or combined into packages for one girl, several girls, or family outings such as a mother and daughter day, a grandparent day, a daddy and princess day, or an uncle, auntie and niece day. Ear piercing is done with sterile technique using hypoallergenic starter earrings.
Birthday parties for groups of girls are a large part of the offer. The six-girl package includes princess nails, four nail designs, a fairy dust eye, a tiara and a free princess dress for each guest, and an extra girl beyond six can be added for $100.
Each location pairs a retail shop with the spa. The shop carries fancy and flower girl dresses, tiaras and crowns, sparkling jewelry, purses and accessories, plus a small selection for boys and matching necklaces for mothers, fathers and best friends. Princess dresses can be chosen without an appointment. Add-on merchandise is paid in full at booking, and clothing and accessories are final sale with no returns.
