Every new client starts with a free consultation before any first treatment. Laser plans typically run six to eight sessions spaced six to twelve weeks apart. Small areas take roughly 10 to 15 minutes per session, while full-body treatments take about two hours. The clinic describes its laser as working best on dark, coarse hair and less effectively on very light blonde, red, gray or white hair. According to the clinic, most clients reach 85-95% permanent hair reduction in six to eight sessions, with some needing occasional touch-up visits.

Preparation is part of the plan. Clients shave the treatment area 24 to 48 hours before a session and avoid waxing, plucking or depilatory creams for at least four weeks before laser. Tanning and sun exposure are avoided for two weeks beforehand. Afterward, direct sun, hot showers, saunas, steam rooms and intense exercise are avoided for 24 to 48 hours. Shaving between sessions is fine, while waxing or plucking between sessions is not advised. There is no significant downtime, though mild redness for a few hours may occur.

Waxing is performed by licensed estheticians and covers areas from the back of the neck and lip to full arms, the back, the chest and abs, and the bikini and Brazilian areas. Laser is priced per area and per session, with six-session pricing offered for each area, and the clinic says its pricing has no hidden or surprise fees.

Recommends a different treatment when it suits a client better than laser, after reviewing skin tone, sun exposure, hair type and goals. Laser settings are calibrated to skin tone, hair color and treatment area.
