The menu is grouped into braids, hair, locs, makeup and weaves. Braiding ranges from children's braids for ages 5 to 10 and men's braids to braided ponytails and Fulani braids. Hair services include blow outs with haircuts, relaxers and silk presses, and loc work covers starter sessions and retwists.

Friday and Saturday hours run from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Monday through Thursday visits are by appointment, and the salon is closed on Sundays. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before a service; cancellations inside that window are charged 50% of the scheduled cost.

Clients can request an at-home service for an added fee by sending a message. The salon also sells TPS Hair Grow Oil, Beard Oil, a 21 Day Devotional titled A Painful Promise, and a limited edition product called Beauty & Braids Bootcamp.
