Visits are private and one-on-one, in a quiet setting. The keratin menu ranges from a quick express smoother to a longer vegan treatment, and first-time keratin clients are booked into a dedicated intro service that includes a clarifying shampoo and a clean-up trim. The salon says its keratin products are free from formaldehyde and that its vegan formula contains no animal-derived ingredients. Keratherapy shampoo and conditioner are recommended for home care and sold in the salon.

Extensions are offered as Microlink sew-ins, I-tips, Y-tips, K-tip fusion installs and tape-ins. Extension consultations must be booked before any installation, and clients are asked to arrive with clean hair in its natural state. According to the salon, installs use braidless, low-tension methods. The salon says its hair is 100% ethically sourced human hair, up to 20 inches, with cuticles kept aligned and minimal processing, and that extensions can last up to a year with proper care. Packages include shampoo and deep conditioning, custom installation, an Express Keratin Treatment, scheduled maintenance visits and professional removal, and the salon states there are no hidden fees.

Booking terms: clients aged 7 and up are welcome, and clients are asked to attend without a companion unless they are minors. Cancellations and missed appointments are charged 50% of the selected service. Changes are possible up to 48 hours ahead, and arriving more than 15 minutes late cancels the appointment. Card details are kept on file for cancellations only, and payment is made in the salon. Requests for Sunday, Monday or Tuesday appointments carry an extra $75 fee. Hair must be thoroughly detangled before the visit, and extra detangling is charged $15 per 15 minutes. Treatments and trims are booked alongside another service rather than on their own, and extensions installed by other providers are not serviced. The salon is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
