The menu runs from basic manicures and pedicures to spa-style options. Spa pedicures include a Milk & Honey Spa Lux version with a milk bath, leg mask and warming massage oils, a charcoal treatment for men with a soak, scrub and mask, and a Jelly Spa pedicure. A paraffin wax pedicure dips the feet in warm paraffin before the pedicure, and a birthday spa option adds a vanilla bean leg mask, sugar scrub and a bottle of champagne.

For nail enhancements, the salon offers acrylic, Gel-X, poly-gel and rubber base gel. Acrylic tips come in square or tapered square shapes, with other shapes costing extra. Gel-X extensions are offered in any shape and in four lengths, and the salon describes them as thinner and more natural-looking than traditional acrylic, lasting 4-5 weeks. Bridal Gel-X wedding nails come with French design included, and the salon says they are insured to last 4-6 weeks. A gel spa pedicure can be added to wedding nails.

Kids aged 10 and under can book basic or gel manicure and pedicure sets. Clients 65 and older can use the OG Tuesday specials on Tuesdays. Nail art is priced according to the design.

Appointments are booked through the salon's online booking page. A $3.50 service charge applies and is listed as a 30-minute booking. Hours are 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on Mondays and Sundays, and 10:00 am to 7:30 pm from Tuesday through Saturday. According to the salon, its customer service is outstanding.
