A visit moves through three stages: a consultation, a diagnosis, and a treatment plan. New patients book an initial consultation first, which is how they receive a personalized skin care plan. Personalized skin care products are recommended as part of the plan. Depending on the recommended plan and availability, a procedure can sometimes be done the same day as the consultation. Established patients can book procedures by contacting the office directly, and walk-ins are accepted.

The menu has several acne-focused options. The Dirty Pop Signature Acne Facial includes a deep cleanse, exfoliation, extractions, LED light, and a moisturizer with SPF. Chemical peels are offered in several versions, including a sensitive-skin peel, an acne peel, and The Perfect Derma peel. Laser options include IPL treatments for acne, rosacea, and anti-aging, plus an AuraLux laser for the full face. HydraFacial comes in a signature version and a deluxe version, which adds a booster serum and LED light. The clinic also offers microneedling, dermaplaning, cortisone injections, PRX treatment, and neurotoxin and Dysport injections, with neurotoxin and Dysport priced on request.

Memberships come in two tiers, Clear and Glow, and require a three-month minimum commitment. Members can only use their own membership, and it cannot be transferred. The office is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 to 5:00, Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 to 6:00, and Saturday from 9:00 to 5:00 by appointment only, and it is closed Sunday. Free two-hour parking is on Harvard Street, with metered parking on Wilshire Boulevard and a parking structure at 2730 Wilshire Blvd.
