The pedicures are tiered. The Classic Pedicure covers nail filing and shaping, cuticle work, foot filing, a scrub and a massage, and takes about an hour. The Gel Classic version adds gel polish. The Deluxe Pedicure adds targeted foot filing and softening and paraffin wax, and the Creme de la Creme goes further with extreme targeted filing, a scrub, paraffin, a mask, hot towels and a longer massage. The Express Pedicure is a shorter visit of about 40 minutes covering cutting, shaping, a scrub, lotion and polish.

Manicures are offered alone or paired with a pedicure in combination packages, and gel polish can be added to either. Gel removal, a gel nail for the big toe only, and an Extended Massage add-on that can be added to any service are also available. Gift cards can be bought for a visit or as a gift for a friend. Pedicures require a deposit when booking. The Monroe Road location is open Tuesday through Saturday, while the Albemarle Road location lists its services as by appointment only.

Services are arranged in tiers, with visit length and treatment depth rising from the express pedicure up to the top-tier options, and gel polish offered as an add-on to most services.
