The braid menu covers takedowns, maintenance, flat twists, natural hair braids and individual braids. Color includes demi-permanent and permanent options, retouches, partial and full highlights, and partial balayage. Hair services include cuts, reshaping, detangling, twists, updos and the signature Oni Me Please blow out.

Color services begin with a consultation and do not include a style. The consultation runs 30 minutes and covers an assessment of hair and scalp along with a product regimen. A virgin relaxer also requires a consultation with the stylist first.

Booking runs on clear terms. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice, and appointments cancelled inside that window are charged an automatic 50% fee. New clients pay a deposit for individual braids, mini two strand twists, demi-permanent color and partial highlights. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. VIP appointments can be booked for times outside regular hours, in addition to the regular service.

Consultations come before color, virgin relaxers and similar services, so the stylist looks at hair and scalp before choosing a plan.
