New clients complete a questionnaire before booking so the team can plan appointment timing and pair them with a stylist. Dimensional color and Full Dimensional balayage are planned after an online consultation, and additional color charges such as glossing or extra bowls of color are discussed at that stage. Most color appointments include the haircut and blow dry or finishing within the appointment time.

Haircuts are timed by hair length and density and always finish with a blow dry. The salon describes its idea of luxury as clients feeling cared for and guided with integrity, rather than as adding more services; this is the salon's own description. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. After two cancellations inside that window, a deposit of 50% of the upcoming service is required and is applied toward the service; deposits are not refunded after a no-show.
