Each visit opens with a conversation about the client's hair and the look they want in mind. The two stylists build their work around listening first. Long-hair layering and blowouts are central to the studio, which describes long hair as its signature.

Services fall into four groups: color and highlights, cut and hair treatment, styling and events, and hair extensions. Color work covers base color, toner, gloss and highlights, plus other color treatments. Extensions include tape-ins, wefts and keratin bonds, and all types are offered. Extension pricing depends on method, length and the amount of hair, so a free consultation confirms the exact quote before booking. Listed prices include $85 for a blowout, $160 for a women's haircut with blowout or style included, $225 for all-over color and $500 for full highlights. Final pricing can vary with hair length, density and the look requested.

Regular hours are Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm and Sunday 10am to 3pm. Late Hours run after 6pm Monday to Saturday and after 3pm on Sunday, until midnight. Late Hours are priced above regular rates, are listed separately, and need prepayment at booking to be confirmed. Appointments can be booked through the Book Now button on the website, by Instagram or by email. Walk-ins are sometimes accepted when a stylist is free, so calling ahead is suggested.
