The menu covers hands and feet. Manicures run from a basic service up to a deluxe version, and pedicures come in several spa tiers, from a regular pedicure through hot stone, refresher, euro, therapeutic and ultra deluxe options, with a top-tier Best Experience Golden Deluxe Spa that includes gel polish. Gel polish is set under an LED light and is dry when the client leaves. For length and shape, the salon offers acrylic, builder gel and Gel-X, with fill-ins as the natural nail grows out and full sets made from scratch. Custom nail art and hand-painted designs are available and priced by design.

Final prices depend on the length and design chosen and are confirmed in person at the visit, since estimates are not given by phone. Clients should confirm the cost with their technician before service begins, because prices can change. Tips can be given before checkout in cash, Venmo or Zelle. Friends paying separately must each check in on arrival.

Every set comes with a five-day warranty. All services are final sale, so refunds and exchanges are not offered. Clients who are unhappy with a service are asked to speak with the salon manager, who will try to resolve it. Cuticles are trimmed and ingrown nails are cut only when the client asks, and ingrown toenails are not removed and no surgery is performed.
