The owner's account is that the salon was opened to offer only natural nail products and services. A visit starts with customer care and ends with eco-conscious products applied by nail artists in a spa setting. The salon states it uses only safe, toxin-free products. Its lotions and sugar scrubs are handcrafted for it in Littleton, Colorado, from all-natural ingredients, and clients choose a scent from a locally crafted collection at check-in.

A visit usually runs about 30 to 90 minutes or more, depending on the service and add-ons. Drinks are sold during appointments, including sparkling and still water, wine, hard seltzers and coffee, and the salon holds a liquor license, so outside alcohol is not allowed. Pedicure chairs are massaging and reclining, the space has a fresh-air ventilation system, and there is Wi-Fi and a water fountain for refilling reusable bottles. Staff may ask clients to move seats after service, and extra seating is available for drying.

The two signature services are the Hummingbird, a quicker express manicure or pedicure where nails and cuticles are trimmed, shaped, lightly massaged and finished with CND polish, and the Cardinal, a fuller version that adds an essential oil soak, sugar scrub, warm-towel moisturizing mask and hydrating massage. The salon describes the Hummingbird as its best-selling service. Children 12 and under can book a Chickadee manicure or pedicure, though Shellac is not offered for those services. The salon uses only genuine CND Shellac and carries all of its colors, and it states that its polishes are 5-free or 7-free. It does not offer acrylic nails, and polish or gel from another salon must be removed before an appointment because the spa does not have the drills or harsh removers needed for that work.

Appointments can be booked online, by calling 720.524.4046, or through a Vagaro account or app or The Nest app, and clients receive a confirmation to check. Cancelling a single service requires at least 24 hours notice, and cancellations inside 24 hours and no-shows are charged 50% of the total service fee. Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show, and late arrivals may be downgraded. The Nest Rewards is a free program that gives one point per dollar spent, and gift cards sold online or in store can be used at either location. The salon describes itself as Colorado's premier natural nail spa and as award-winning and 5-star rated, and it states that it is a Certified CND PRO.
