A visit usually starts with a free consultation, which the spa recommends for new clients. Estheticians build a personalized plan around each client's skin concerns and may work with a client over time. The spa describes its estheticians as certified and licensed, and treatments take place in private facial rooms with a floral-accented waiting room.

Facials run about 90 minutes and include acne, anti-aging, IPL photofacial and Hydra Facial options. The IPL photofacial targets sun damage, redness, rosacea and uneven skin tone, while the Hydra Facial uses patented HydraPeel vortex technology with serum infusion and, according to the spa, has no downtime. Peels range from chemical and carbon peels at $130 to the BioRevitalization PRX T33 peel at $180, which the site describes as involving no peeling and no downtime.

The spa also offers RF lifting, including a version that combines microneedling with radiofrequency, and the Korean Doublo HIFU SMAS lifting, a non-surgical ultrasound treatment starting at $500. For the longest-lasting RF results, the site suggests a series of three to six sessions spaced three to four weeks apart.

Appointments can be booked online or by phone, and walk-ins are accepted when the requested time has fewer than five people booked. Payment is taken at booking. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice carries a $20 fee, and a no-show who has not contacted the spa is charged 50%. The spa is open Monday to Thursday 10am to 7pm, Friday 10am to 3pm and Sunday 10am to 6pm, and is closed Saturdays. Skincare products are sold in person and through the online shop.
