Stainless steel tools are sterilized in a medical grade autoclave, nail files, birchwood sticks, and pumice stones are new for each guest and discarded afterward, and a new disposable liner is used for every manicure and pedicure. Every pedicure begins with a sanitized soaking basin fitted with a new liner, and technicians will wear gloves on request. The salon also welcomes expecting mothers, clients with immune deficiencies, and clients sensitive to the smell of acrylic fumes.

The salon hosts private parties for occasions such as birthdays, bridal parties, baby showers, girls' nights, fundraisers, and retirement parties. Party bookings require a $150 deposit to hold appointments, a 20% gratuity for the manicurist is added to groups of three or more, and a full refund requires 7 days' notice for rescheduling or cancellation. Bridal packages require earlier cancellation notice than other services. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, with a 50% charge for late cancellations and a full charge for no-shows. The salon does not honor Entertainment booklet coupons.
