Care is planned from the first visit. A 30-minute new client consultation, priced at $25, covers hair history, concerns and a personalized hair care plan. Micro locs work begins with its own consultation, where the two-strand twist and interlocking methods are compared and the choice is made together with the client.

The locs menu covers the whole cycle: loc sculpting to trim and shape, retwists, retightening priced by loc count and interval, repairs billed hourly, and installs. Clients coming from another loctician can book a transfer retie. Install prices depend on hair length and density, and the micro locs twist install is confirmed after consultation.

Braid and twist styles range from flat twists and single braids to knotless, box and boho styles. Hair is often not included, though the long braided ponytail includes it. Traditional Weave is only offered to clients leaving out a small portion of their hair, and not for lace fronts, frontals or wigs. Medium Knotless Braids need a minimum hair length of 4 inches, and hair must be detangled before a large box braid.

For natural hair, Berry Curls define curls without chemicals, and twist outs, single twist outs, shampoo and blow-outs, and cut and style appointments are offered. Cut and style requires a consultation first and is not a trim.
