The menu covers three areas: injectables, laser and microneedling, and spa treatments. Facials are done by a licensed esthetician and take 30 to 60 minutes. Most have no downtime, though Go and Glow Facial may cause light flaking for a few days. When several treatments are booked for one visit, facials are done first and injectables such as Botox last.

Consultations cost nothing, and first-time patients get 10% off their initial service. Botox is given only to those who are not pregnant or breastfeeding, have no neuromuscular condition, and have no allergy to botulinum toxin. A topical numbing cream can be applied before Botox if requested. Botox costs $14.40 per unit for Beauty Bank members and $16 per unit for non-members. Payment plans are offered, including through Cherry, with 0% APR options.

The business is open Tuesday from 9am to 8pm, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30am to 5:30pm, Thursday from 10am to 5:30pm and Saturday from 9am to 3:30pm. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
