Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged a late fee of half the scheduled service. No-call, no-show appointments carry a 70% fee, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling with a charge of half the service price. Hours are Monday through Friday 9 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, closed Sundays.
