Hours are 10 AM to 7 PM Monday through Friday and 9 AM to 6 PM on Saturday, with the salon closed on Sundays. A 50% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. In-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid with Buy Now, Pay Later, with approval needed before the visit.

Pedicures are a major focus. The gel organic pedicure covers cutting, trimming, shaping, cuticle care, exfoliating, hydrating and a foot massage, with gel polish included, from $57. The organic collagen spa pedicure runs through five steps: a collagen crystal soak, a sugar scrub, a cream mask, a muscle-relaxing gel, and a massage lotion applied with hot stones. A take-home aftercare pack is the sixth step.
