The menu covers manicures and pedicures in several levels. Dry versions include polish removal, nail and cuticle trimming, shaping, fresh polish and a massage. Spa versions add a soak, exfoliation and a hydrating mask for pedicures, or exfoliation, hydration and a hand and nail massage for manicures. Gentleman's manicures and pedicures are designed for men, and the pedicure includes cooling gel and callus remover. Mini manicures and pedicures are offered to clients 12 and under.

Extensions and enhancements include acrylic, GelX, hard gel, builder gel, acrygel and structure gel, with full sets, fills, overlays and tips. Removal of old enhancements is available, along with per-nail repair for chips, cracks and other imperfections. Aura nails have a central glow that spreads toward the edges rather than fading from top to bottom like traditional ombre.

The salon is open Monday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday through Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM. It is closed on Tuesdays and Sundays. An After Hours booking option starts at 6:45 PM. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, with 30% of the service total charged for shorter-notice cancellations and 100% for no-shows. Clients more than 15 minutes late must reschedule and are charged 50%. A 2.5% processing fee applies to credit and debit cards, and fees must be paid before booking a future appointment.

Children under 10 are welcome only when receiving a service, and childcare must be arranged before the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. The Acrylic Full Set is not recommended for anyone under 16.
