Builder gel services include overlays on natural nails with one gel color, fills timed by how many days have passed since the last set, and foreign fills for builder gel applied at another salon, which require a $45 deposit from new clients. Fill prices rise with the interval: from $85 within 23 days, from $90 at 24 to 28 days, and from $100 at 29 days or more. Clients at four weeks or more are asked to choose the four-week option. Gel-X full sets have no fills, so they are removed or booked for removal each time.
The luxury dry pedicure costs $150 and takes about 105 minutes, with a $75 deposit from new clients. It includes cuticle and callus care, an exfoliating sugar scrub, a moisturizing masque, a foot and calf massage, a heated eye mask, and a choice of gel color, and it removes gel polish of the salon's own work. Nail art is not included. The salon describes a dry pedicure as a cleaner, safer alternative to a water pedicure. The pedicure bed holds up to 315 lbs, clients must be able to get on and off it without help, and guests are not allowed during the service.
Removal covers Gel-X and other enhancements applied elsewhere, including acrylics, builder or soft gels, and poly gel. Gel-X removal starts at $40 and takes about 45 minutes, while other enhancement removal starts at $50 with a $25 deposit from new clients. MMA acrylics may carry an extra charge. Builder gel removal starts at $35 and is priced by length. Clients do not need to remove builder gel after each set.
Booking policies ask for 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes made with less notice are charged 50% of the service fee to the card on file, and no-shows, no-calls and same-day cancellations are charged the full fee and may affect future booking. A late fee applies after 5 minutes, and after 10 minutes the appointment may be cancelled as a no-show. Services over 20 minutes that are booked but not received are still charged. Services are not performed on clients with fungus, warts or open wounds, and the full fee applies if these are present. Providing false payment information leads to a permanent booking ban.
Work is built around each client, and the salon presents its dry pedicure as a gentler option than a traditional water pedicure.
