the nail studio

The nail studio opened in 2005 and is in Suite 303 at 26267 Conifer Road in Conifer. It is open Monday through Saturday from 8am to 6pm, by appointment only, and each client is seen one-on-one.

Services include manicures, pedicures, gel and shellac work, and gel full sets. Rebase appointments are priced by how long it has been since the last service: two, three or four weeks. Polish changes are also available. Gift certificates can be arranged by calling the studio ahead for payment and pickup.

Hygiene is a central focus. Tools are sterilized between clients and many are disposed of after use, and the pedicure chair is sanitized between every appointment. A pipe-free pedicure system is used to keep bacteria from building up in areas that are hard to reach. Nails are filed by hand, with no power tools or drilling. The studio has also put additional systems in place to keep clients safe.

The studio uses products from OPI, Creative Nail Design and Zoya. The products used in manicures and pedicures are described as odorless and hypoallergenic, and free of toluene and formaldehyde.

Brides-to-be can book French manicures, and wedding-day manicures are arranged by phone. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice; no-shows and late cancellations are charged the full service fee. Prices may change without notice.
