Services cover hand and foot care in several levels, from a basic manicure or pedicure to a deluxe pedicure with a scent choice, a masque and a hot stone massage. Gel, Dazzle Dry and dipping powder finishes are available, along with acrylic, liquid gel and sculpted extensions for fills and full sets. Nail art is priced per finger, and waxing covers the face, body and legs.

Tools are sterilized in a medical-grade dry heat autoclave after each client. Single-use files, buffers and pumice stones are thrown away after use, so each visit starts with fresh materials.

Clients can book online and choose a specific technician or take whoever is available. Nail art must be added to a service when booking online. Broken or cracked nails are repaired free within ten days of a service, or within one day for regular manicures. The salon does not give refunds, but it will redo nails at no charge if a client is unhappy. Changes need at least four hours' notice by phone, and there is no cancellation fee. Clients who miss three appointments can no longer book online and must call instead.

Payment is accepted by credit or debit card, cash and Zelle, with a $5 fee on international cards. Gratuity can be paid by Venmo or cash.
