Services are grouped into manicures, pedicures, a Mini Me menu for children 12 and under, Dazzle Dry services and add-ons. Manicures run from a $25 express polish change to a $75 ULTIMATE manicure that includes a SpaRitual exfoliating scrub, hydrating mask, Perfect Sense paraffin treatment and massage. Pedicures come in express, basic, spa and ultimate tiers, with hot stone and CBD versions at the higher price points, and the CBD pedicures use the Be Care Love Spa line.

Dazzle Dry is a four-step lacquer system that is neither gel, hybrid nor traditional polish, and it does not need UV light. The Nail Room is a Certified Dazzle Dry Provider. According to the business, the finish dries in about five minutes and lasts seven or more days, and the product is described as non-toxic and not tested on animals. A complimentary polish redo is offered within 7 days for Dazzle Dry and gel polish, and within 4 days for traditional polish.

Nail appointments need 24 hours' notice to cancel, group events need 48 hours, and off-site private and birthday events need 7 days. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged in full, and a 50% charge applies to rescheduled bookings. Group bookings hold the date and time with a 50% deposit and are arranged by inquiring with Elena Graffeo. Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Services cannot be performed on skin infections, wounds or open sores, and guests are advised to tell their technician about any skin or health conditions. Shaving or waxing legs is not recommended within 24 hours of a service.

Hours are Tuesday 9am to 8pm, Wednesday and Thursday 9am to 8:30pm, Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 8am to 4pm, with Sunday and Monday closed. The business accepts major credit cards, cash and personal checks, with a $25 fee for returned checks, and state sales tax is added. Gift cards are sold in any amount online, in person or by mail, but All About You Salon gift cards cannot be redeemed for services here.
