Clients can book online through Fresha at any hour, and same-day appointments are available. Walk-ins are accepted when there is room. The salon also takes bookings for wedding parties and larger groups. The salon is open Monday through Friday from 10 am to 7 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm, and Sunday visits are by appointment only.

The pedicure menu ranges from a Spa Pedicure with a foot soak, callus treatment and polish, through a Deluxe Pedicure with a sugar scrub and foot massage, to a Tropical Pedicure with a mud mask, reflexology and a hot stone, and a Volcano Pedicure with a detox crystal bubble soak, collagen cream mask and hot stone massage. Each station has a clear barrier between it, and disposable liners are used during soaking to limit the spread of infectious material between clients.

Booking terms: appointments need 24 hours' notice to cancel. A no-show is charged 50 percent of the total due for services and is served as a walk-in only afterward. Clients more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment rescheduled. Services are non-refundable, but a free corrective service is offered when an error is the provider's, if requested within 48 hours and no more than three days after the original visit. Disputes about a redo are decided by management. Gift certificates are valid for one year from purchase, must be presented at the time of service, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Fresha lists gift amounts of $40, $75, $125, $150 and $250, plus a custom amount. A loyalty program gives $5 off any service once a client reaches 500 points.

The salon states that it stocks a wide range of high-quality polishes and dipping powder in many colors, and that its manicures and pedicures are performed by experienced professionals.
