The Nail Nest is a nail salon on Clairmont Road in Atlanta. The salon states that it sees nail care as a luxurious experience and that its mission is top-quality service for Brookhaven and the Atlanta community.
Enhancement services include acrylic, Gel X, builder gel, dip powder, PolyGel and Russian manicures. Standard manicures, pedicures and waxing are also offered. Nail art is priced in three tiers, from minimalist details to advanced sculptural and freestyle designs. Custom permanent jewelry, including bracelets, anklets, hand chains and belly chains, is also available. Each technician works in their own way, so experience and pricing can differ between people, and the same service or cost is not guaranteed with a different technician.
Appointments are prioritized, and walk-ins are taken based on daily availability. A card on file is required to reserve a time slot. Changes and cancellations should be made at least 24 hours ahead; later changes carry a $25 fee, and a missed appointment without notice carries a $25 no-show fee. Clients have a 10-minute grace period for lateness, and a $15 fee applies when a late client is seen on short notice. Nail art changes are possible only before the polish is cured in the gel machine.
Enhancements receive complimentary repair within 7 days of the initial service for acrylic, Apres GelX, gel manicures and dip powder. Regular polish is not covered. After that window, repairs start at $5 or more and must be booked by phone. No refunds are given for services, and clients who are unhappy with a result are asked to say so before paying or leaving so the salon can adjust the work.
Hours are Tuesday through Friday from 10 am to 7 pm, Saturday from 10 am to 6:30 pm, and Sunday from 11 am to 6 pm. The salon is closed on Mondays. Aftercare guidance asks clients to keep nails out of water and chemicals for at least 24 hours, avoid removing enhancements at home, wear gloves for housework and gardening, and apply cuticle oil daily.
The salon presents nail care as a luxury experience and aims for top-quality service for its local community. Each technician brings a different style and method to the work.
