Cleanliness is a stated priority. Tools are sanitized after every client, and the pedicure bath and the salon are cleaned and sanitized between visits. Pedicures use a pipe-less bath with jets and heat, and the salon does not use a whirlpool spa chair because of bacteria concerns when they are not cleaned properly. The salon also says its ventilation is strong enough to clear odors, nail dust and airborne debris. Clients are asked to bring flip flops to wear while their toe polish dries.

Services cover manicures and pedicures for men and women, from a quick polish change to a spa pedicure with a moisturizing foot masque. Shellac gel is a specialty, with more than 150 gel colors and color combinations. The salon also keeps over 300 shades of OPI, CND Shellac and Vinylux polish. Carol designs Swarovski jewelry that is sold online under the name The Jewel Lady.
