A non-refundable $15 deposit secures an appointment and is applied to the total at payment, and the deposit can be sent by Cash App while the balance can be paid by Apple Pay, Square, Venmo or cash. Saturday and Sunday appointments carry an extra $20 charge and must be booked by text. There is a 10-minute grace period on arrival, with a $10 late fee after that, and clients running late are asked to call; appointments are cancelled after 20 minutes without a call. Cancellations or reschedules need to be made at least 3 hours ahead. Children and extra guests are only allowed when they are being serviced. The business does not work over other people's work.
Frenchie Thursdays offers $15 off any French-tip Gel-X full set every Thursday, starting at $35. It requires a deposit and does not take same-day appointments. Custom press-on sets are ordered through an online form, in shapes and lengths chosen by the client, with local delivery or pickup in Milwaukee.
