The salon says every set is built with top-of-the-line products. Grade A Swarovski crystals are available as an add-on. A limited number of crystals comes with a service unless a full nail is added, and crystals can also be spread across the nails for a lighter accent. Nail art styles include encapsulated glitter, chrome, bedazzled crystal designs, and simple nude and white ombré.
Services are grouped into Designer and Inspiration sets and fill-ins, Freestyle sets and fill-ins, Plain sets and fill-ins, Pink and White French and ombré work, gel manicures, foot services and quick fixes. Soak-off removal is available as an add-on.
Booking comes with several policies. Full sets require bare nails, and appointments are canceled if nails are not bare. Clients who need to remove their nails before an appointment are asked to book a full set instead. The salon does not work over other technicians' work. Every appointment requires a $25 nonrefundable deposit, of which $20 goes toward the service; the deposit cannot be transferred or applied to a later visit. Rescheduling is allowed up to 3 days ahead, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment carry a $50 fee. No-call, no-show clients are charged the full service total and are permanently banned from booking. Balances are paid in cash, Zelle or Apple Pay. Extra guests and children are not allowed at appointments.
The salon says it uses top-of-the-line products on every set and recommends a soak-off every three months, which works out to three fills per set.
