The menu is grouped into natural nail care, gel polish, nail enhancements, dip powder, a children's menu, additional services and waxing. Natural nail care covers regular and express manicures and pedicures, two of which are presented as signature services, along with OPI versions and combo packages. The children's menu is for children 42 inches tall and under, who are seated at salon countertop height.

The salon says its mission centers on health, well-being, comfort and beauty. It lists grade-A sanitation, client-focused service and quality products among its priorities, and says it selects staff carefully and encourages ongoing education for them. Metal tools are sterilized in Barbicide after every client, foot spas are flushed after each client and cleaned again every morning, and management inspects stations, products and disinfectants weekly. Clients are given personal kits of files and buffers and are asked to bring them to each visit.

Pedicure seating together depends on spa chair availability, and clients may switch to another technician at any time. Gift cards are available. American Express is not accepted, and $1 off applies to services paid in cash, excluding the Additional Services menu.
