The Nail Connect works mainly in gel and acrylic-based nail services. Its menu is organized into builder gel, Gel X, full sets, fills and ombre, with add-ons that can be added to a set.
Services are priced by length and type. Short and medium fills start at $55 and $65, while full sets run from $65 for short nails up to $100 for XLong. Gel X bare nails start at $75 for short or medium length and $85 for long or XLong, and adding soak-off raises the price to $90 or $100. Appointment times vary by service, from about an hour for a short fill to over two hours for a long Gel X set with soak-off.
Add-ons include cut down, coffin, almond or stiletto shaping, chrome or cat eye, pink or nude acrylic for full sets, repairs and French. Nail art is priced by how many fingers are decorated and how long the design takes: from $15 to $20 for two to four fingers, from $30 to $45 for five to eight fingers, and from $45 for all fingers, with designs over 45 minutes quoted before the appointment.
Payment is due before a client leaves the appointment. Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay and card are accepted, Cash App carries a $2 fee, and card payments include a processing fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 once the client is approved before the visit. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late are asked to notify the salon, and no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are charged the full booked price. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount and are final once sold.
