The menu is organized into full sets, Gel X, polygel, sculpted sets, freestyle sets, fill-ins, manicures, pedicures, nail art, add-ons and removal. Acrylic full sets start at $110 for short length and $130 for long length, and include one acrylic color and a shiny or matte topcoat in a square or tapered square shape. Pedicure options range from toe polish changes to waterless pedicures with toenail restoration from $250.

Hours are Tuesday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM and Saturday from 10:30 AM to 7 PM, with the business closed Sunday and Monday. A non-refundable $20 deposit is required to book, and it can be moved once to another date or time. The remaining balance can be paid in cash, by debit through the booking app, or by Zelle. Late fees start 15 minutes after the appointment time at $5 per 10 minutes, up to 30 minutes. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, and no-call no-shows, are charged 50% of the remaining balance.

Only clients being serviced may bring guests, and support pets are welcome. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Base prices may rise if nail condition or the requested service requires it, and clients are told before service begins.
