The salon describes its space as a calm, refined setting where beauty, wellness and service come together. Appointments are booked through the online booking platform, and the Essential Mani+Pedi takes about 60 minutes. Gift cards are available on the booking site in preset amounts from $50 to $1,000, or in a custom amount.

The salon is open Monday through Saturday, 9 am to 7 pm, and Sundays, 10 am to 5 pm. Cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance. Later cancellations incur a charge of 50% of the invoice, billed to the card on file, and a missed appointment is charged the full invoice amount. Bookings for minors require a parent or guardian to arrange them and give approval.

The salon uses clean techniques and carefully chosen non-toxic products, with the goal of protecting the integrity of natural nails.
