The menu centers on nail enhancements. Acrylic full sets and refills, Gel X full sets and refills, builder gel with or without tips, dual form and its refill, and tap gel-poly gel with or without tips are all offered. Dip nails come in standard, tip and ombre powder versions. Each enhancement has a starting price, and refills are listed separately from full sets. Basic length and shape work starts at $5, and nail repair and takeoff services are also available.

Nail art is a separate part of the menu. Options include French and deep French nail art, ombre nail art, chrome effect, cat eye effect and custom nail design. Prices start at $15 for French nail art and at $45 for custom designs. The studio describes its dip nails as long-lasting and chip-free.

Booking requires a deposit of $20 to $30, depending on the service, and a credit card kept on file to secure the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the visit. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours notice for standard services and 48 hours for services of two hours or more. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled total, and no-shows without notice are charged in full. A 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals; arriving later than that may shorten the service or require rebooking. A free 16 oz cup is offered with a service spend of $85.
