Acrylic, dip and hard gel are not used, and clients arriving with those must have them removed before service begins. Gel formulas are drawn from Korea and Japan, with TPO-free and HEMA-free options available.

A visit begins with tea. Clients are asked to arrive ten minutes early, and a few minutes of lateness is tolerated, though a late arrival may shorten the appointment. Booking needs only a name and phone number to hold a spot, and clients can request a specific artist or let availability decide. Pedicure clients should wear open-toed footwear. Gel services are guaranteed to hold for at least three weeks, and clients are advised to return for a refill in two to three weeks.

The salon is open Wednesday through Saturday from 10am to 6pm and Sunday from 10am to 5pm, and it is closed on Mondays. Tuesdays are by reservation only, with no walk-ins. Appointment changes need to be reported at least a day ahead, and no-shows are recorded. The salon may photograph finished sets for its portfolio and social media, and clients can ask for privacy.

Gel-only work on nails, single-use or autoclaved tools, and gel formulas sourced from Korea and Japan.
