A visit usually begins with a 30-minute telecare consultation with a Master Aesthetician, priced at $75, to talk through individual skin concerns. From there the team maps the skin and builds a corrective plan around the client's goals. Treatment can happen in the office, online through telecare, or alongside coaching and skin care education.
Facials run about two hours and are priced at $300 each. Back Facial Treatment includes a deep cleanse, exfoliation and a neck-to-tailbone massage. The spa also offers makeup artistry for about an hour and a half, artisan brow shaping, and a full waxing menu from underarms to leg wax. According to the salon, Brazilian wax results can last up to three weeks.
Three membership plans are available. Essential Glow is $1,100 paid in full for four corrective facials, one per quarter, valid for 12 months, or $92 per month. Radiant Renewal is $1,500 paid in full for six facials, one every other month, or $125 per month, and adds priority booking and member retail pricing. Elite Transformation is $2,700 paid in full for twelve facials, one per month, or $225 per month, and adds priority booking, member retail pricing and a seasonal routine plan. Membership facials can be used for most of the facial menu.
Retail includes medical-grade, botanical and vegan skin care for home routines, plus natural health supplements. A product consultation is recommended before shopping. Policies ask clients to call or text at least six hours before a cancellation or reschedule; a $50 fee applies to the next checkout otherwise, and no-shows are not allowed to book services. Sales are final, store credit is offered for exchanges and returns, gift cards are transferable, and free product samples are available on request. The spa accepts FSA and HSA payments.
