The Mighty Wig was founded and is owned by Siobian Jones, who has worked in the hair industry since 2003. Because the studio works by appointment only, wigs and toppers are chosen privately and made to suit each client.
Wigs and toppers can be cut or thinned in the studio, including pieces a client already owns. Color work covers highlights, lowlights, toning, and full color changes. A haircut and a minor base alteration come with the purchase of a human hair or synthetic wig or topper, and bases can be adjusted when a piece is too large or too small.
The studio carries remy, cuticle-aligned human hair. Wigs and toppers are available in human hair or synthetic and can be hand tied or wefted. Ventilating ties hair into a wig base to fill areas of hair loss, and restoration services are offered for both human and synthetic pieces.
Packages should be brought to the studio rather than mailed there. A separate mailing address is listed on Chapman Highway in Knoxville for correspondence.
